How to Apply

If you need rental assistance, please follow these steps:

1. Fill Out the Application: Complete the rental assistance application form.

2. Email Your Application: Email the application to svdpmfldoutreach@outlook.com with the subject line "Rental Assistance Application." Be sure to attach a copy of your lease and proof of income.

3. Drop Off in Person: Alternatively, you can drop off your application, along with a copy of your lease and proof of income, at the food pantry during operating hours.

 

Processing Time

We may receive hundreds of applications each month, so it might take us some time to process your application. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through each request.
